Sustainability Analyst

**What will you do?**

Zuno Carbon is looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Sustainability Analyst to work with stakeholders and end-users to create emissions accounting frameworks for various industries. The analyst will create curated mitigation and reduction strategies used to train our AI recommendation engine. We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up environment working directly with customers and upper management.

**What we expect**
- Develop industry based accounting and reporting strategies that can be used by customers
- Identify reporting requirements and advise product development team of necessary changes to platform
- Assist Sustainability Consultant in working with customers to identify pain points and provide additional consulting on net-zero strategies, report generation, auditing, and forecasting
- Develop industry based mitigation and reduction playbooks
- Evaluate efficacy of AI generated mitigation strategies over time

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Climate Science, or related field
- Working knowledge on climate disclosure and sustainability reporting
- Highly-organized, independent worker comfortable in a fast paced start-up environment
- Analytical, meticulous, and comfortable with breaking down complex concepts
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and comfortable working with cross-functional teams

**Job Type**:Full-time. Salary based on experience ($3000-$4500).
