Singapore FISH INTERNATIONAL SOURCING HOUSE PTE. LTD. Full time

Use specialised knives and tools to remove the skin and bones of the frozen/chilled fish.
- Provides support in planning for production (for the execution of fish and seafood processing)
- Plans equipment utilization (for the execution of fish and seafood processing)
- Organizes and checks equipment and raw material (for the execution of fish and seafood processing)
- Achieve product yields and meet deadlines for product readiness by adhering to all quality and safety guidelines.
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays and signage are accurate and attractive
- Ensure that all food hygiene and safety standards are met and keep up to date with industry standards
- Perform other food manufacturing duties assigned by supervisory, as needed.

**Requirement**:

- Able to work in a cold environment and work with cold materials
- Prior experience in using specialised knives and other production tools/equipment pertaining to fish processing
- Have a deep understanding of the anatomy of many different species to accurately process the products and maintain a reasonable yield.
- Familiar with food handling and handling process
- Ability to stand or walk for extending periods, and lift heavy items up to 30kg.
- Responsible, Good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Good working attitude, Punctual and Responsible
- Applicants must be willing to work shift duties including weekends and public holidays when required
- Applicants with WSQ certification in basic food hygiene is added advantages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
