Roles & Responsibilities
- **The person will be responsible for handling the butchery section at the store. **WHOLESALE OF LIVESTOCK, MEAT, POULTRY, EGGS, AND SEAFOOD (INCLUDING FRESH AND FROZEN) **- Cutting (Halaal), Cleaning & serving the customer. **WHOLESALE OF PEPPER AND OTHER SPICES**:

- **The person will be talking to the customers and will be able to communicate properly about the Chicken/Meat and different prices.**:

- **The person will be responsible for receiving orders, chopping chicken parts as per the customer's requirement & billing.**:

- **The person will be responsible for cleanliness & hygiene at the store eg. dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning equipment, restroom cleaning, etc.**:

- **Cut, debone, or grind pieces of meat.**:

- **Cut or prepare meats to specification or customer’s orders accurately.**:

- **Sharpen, adjust, and clean knives and cutting equipment regularly.**:

- **Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.**:

- **Any other duties as and when assigned.**:

- **-In need of people with high experience in butchery, be it cutting fresh chicken, fillet fish, frozen meat, cleaning fish and chicken
