**About the Department**:
About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

**Personal Financial Services**
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of entire accounts receivable including customer relations
- Management of accounting functions in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for Daily receipting, Card submissions and reconciliation
- Ensure receipts are up to date and resolve invoice discrepancies with consultants and clients
- Ensure GST is billed correctly and assist in quarterly GST submission
- Responsible for month end reconciliation of clients’ accounts
- Prepare monthly closing schedules and monthly reporting
- Posting of month end journals and ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Assist in preparation of audit and tax schedules and liaise with auditors
- Development, implementation and maintaining of systems, procedures and policies
- Communicate with peers in all departments to provide recommendations and improve work processes
- Any ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by manager and management, such as during Roadshows, as well as job rotation and enhancement for personal development

**Job Requirements**:

- Good qualification with relevant working experience
- Knowledge of accounting
- Have an eye for details
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in good process development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
