**About the Department**:
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide sound advise on travel plans which include route planning, fare options, visa & travel advisory, land co-ordination, accommodations, insurance etc
- Maintain high customer service and remain professional in all business dealings with the customers

Key Accountabilities
- Understand client’s needs and operate within the Corporate Travel Policy of traveler’s company
- Complete accurate records of reservations and offer best alternatives available in terms of pricing/routing.
- Work professionally and independently in providing Corporate Travel Services ie:

- planning of itineraries, making air, hotel, car reservations, ticketing, visa & travel advisory advice- maintain accurate and updated personal traveler profile
- Incumbent may from time-time expected to see these customers face-face when needed to help customers plan itinerary
- Proactive in offering options to customers and follow through to ensure customers are fully satisfied with the service and product
- Work professionally and independently in providing travel services
- Provide recovery plan in the event of service lapse

**Job Requirements**:

- GCE “O”/”A” level
- IATA /UTFTAA is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years in corporate travel industry
- Good knowledge of ticketing & fare construction
- Pleasant and sales-oriented
- Able to withstand work pressure and handle difficult situation
- Good command of spoken and written English; excellent telephone manners & good time management
- Strong teamwork, inter-personal skill and a positive customer focused attitude
