As a Logistics and Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for various aspects of inventory management, order processing,delivery, and coordinating with internal teams and Drivers. Strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

**Job Description
- Responsible for day-to-day operations including opening and closing of the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
- Ensures compliant and appropriate storage of all inventory, strictly prohibiting the storage of prohibited materials, and adhering to corporate safety and local regulatory guidelines
- Responsible for performing inventory picking, packing, and issuance, and assisting in the loading and unloading of stocks
- Provide support to the logistics team, including data entry and filing, delivery
- Conduct inspection on incoming and outgoing materials and items
- Support in assessing returned products when required
- Maintains a high standard of housekeeping
- Provide support for delivering and picking up supplies
- Attending safety meetings and performing regular safety inspections throughout the warehouse
- Must be able to communicate effectively with Drivers and Cargo handlers
- Provide updates to customer side on the cargo delivery/pickup
- To distribute jobs to the respective Drivers in according to the zone and each Driver been assigned.
- To ensure all customer requirements are communicate to the truckers to ensure fulfill compliance.
- To ensure all expedite and or urgent request from Customer are met.
- To monitor Driver movement to ensure Driver perform delivery / collections that meet to the customer service expectation
- Follow up with Pre-alert notification to relevant parties
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or HOD

**Job Requirements**
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Positive work attitude, efficient, organized, accurate and meticulous
- Forklift License
- Class 3 driver's license
- Able to start immediately or with short notice will be an advantage
