Reporting to Logistics Director, selected incumbent will lead a team of Warehouse Assistant and Logistics Specialist (shipping), with the full responsibility of warehouse operations and management including distribution services.

**Job Descriptions**
- Responsible in managing logistics teams in distribution, freight, warehousing, trade compliance to support all business units
- Ensure physical inventory accuracy and efficient distribution operations while ensuring compliance to safety regulations
- Review and update SOP/processes to meet the dynamic customer requirements quickly
- Ability to plan and lead the teams to achieve efficiency and productivity
- Plan and lead process improvement projects
- Support the regional logistics team directly or indirectly in operations and various ERP processing
- Serve as go-to person for logistics, trade compliance, shipping issues in the region
- Attend to internal/external audits relating to logistics issues

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Ms Office and has knowledge in distribution / warehouse planning
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising team members, including 3PL
- Experience in contract / vendor negotiation
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting and working in regional distribution hub environment
