**Responsibilities**
- Systematically create designs for Edutech LMS for primary school students that involves video streaming lessons, data analytics and interactive quizzes
- Collaborate closely with UIUX Designers and Developers to develop clear and effective user interfaces that translate business goals into unique product experiences
- Define the user experience, interactions and interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design
- Define and maintain the visual and UX patterns for our learning platform in order to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience for children and their parents
- Communicate design strategies to assist with product development and goals
- Create design briefs based on the respective proposals and user feedback
- Develop and execute project plans, specifying test stations and diagnostics for testing design features
- Manage UI/UX design components and ensure that designs are delivered within project timelines

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in design-related field is preferred
- At least 4 years of UIUX experience
- Experience with industry-standard design solutions such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
- Experience conducting testing for design features
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication and teamwork skills in effectively conveying design rationale to the team to achieve alignment and shared understanding
- Possess a keen eye and a capacity for creating highly usable designs and layouts
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Strong ability to articulate complex design & tech solutions in a clear, simple, objective and meaningful way
- Detail-oriented and digitally-savvy
- This is a Singapore-based position
