Galaxy IT Hardware is a leader in the supply of refurbished IT and data centre equipment and a provider of 3rd party maintenance services in over 100 cities in Asia.

We have an exciting opportunity for several business develpment executives to join our fast-growing company based in Singapore.

The key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive are to:

- Cold call to open new opportunities with enterprise and channel partners
- Build decision making contacts, hunting down new opportunities within existing accounts
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain and develop a relationship with decision-makers to gain trust for ongoing and future opportunities
- Ensure a high level of customer service, resolving and where applicable, escalating issues/complaints to ensure a high level of service. This may include interfacing with our technical and service delivery team
- Achieve set monthly targets in line with company expectations
- Provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts and ensure the information on the CRM is tidy and up to date
- Demonstrable experience of successfully identifying, opening and growing new accounts
- Experience in the IT/Enterprise sector and will be a proven accomplished sales professional
- Ability to quickly identify client challenges and possible solutions, and will be commercially astute
- Business-to-business sales experience
- Proof of over-achievement of set targets and the ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction will be expected
- Experience presenting and pitching to C suite and Director level customers
- Knowledge of sales techniques to optimize sales
- Knowledge of enterprise sectors roles in in Singapore
- Business-to-business sales knowledge
