**About Zenlayer**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee project management and delivery of data center sites in globally, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Establish and optimize project management processes to maximize efficiency of all projects and implementations
- Manage and monitor day-to-day on-site operations to ensure the stable functionality of all equipment and systems
- Implement an intelligent monitoring and problem management system to ensure rapid response and resolution of issues
- Optimize processes for asset and inventory management to improve resource utilization and minimize waste and overconsumption
- Select and manage on-site operation suppliers to ensure that services meet the company’s standards and SLAs
- Regularly evaluate the performance of suppliers and continuously maintain the relationship and service quality
- Responsible for the budgeting of the field team and the warehouse operations team to ensure that costs are controlled within a reasonable range and resource allocation is optimized
- Establish and implement a budget control mechanism to drive cost efficiency.
- Lead and manage teams to ensure team members continue to develop professionally while operating efficiently and productively
- Foster team collaboration and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational goals

**Required Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in global IDC or related, with 5+ years of team management and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or above with specialization in network, electrical engineering, or other related fields
- Proven experience building data center infrastructure operations and maintenance systems
- Strong knowledge of data center design and construction specifications, with proficient hands-on experience with related mechanical and electrical installations
- Experience building and developing overseas IDC operations teams and management systems is preferred
- Must be Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
