This Position reports to:
Marketing & Sales Manager
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
- Developing market intelligence and understanding of market trends in Singapore.
- Developing the strategic plan on assigned market, defining growth areas and creating action plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Focusing on front-end sales execution from end-to-end project pursuits.
- Establishing new relationships and maintain current customer base conscientiously by understanding customer needs and promoting a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Preparing sales reporting and orders forecast reporting using Salesforce & other tools.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess gaps and opportunities in business performance and current portfolio.
- Identifying new business opportunities & project pipelines.
- Developing demand creation strategies and be able to propose new product offerings to meet current market demands, closely working with consultants & EPCs on upstream prescription works.
- Preparing technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements and coordinating closely with local sales unit and Global Sales Specialists
- Ensuring technical and financial aspects of offers, including price and trading conditions, are appropriate
- Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and managing resolution to specific customer problems
- Providing information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and participating in the risk review assessment.
**Qualifications for the Role**
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical engineering.
- Strong background in the Electrical industry and experience in Project Sales for (Medium Voltage Switchgears).
- Previous experience in Engineering, Marketing & Sales.
- Team player & being able to coordinate with the various sales teams.
