**Finance Executive**

**What the day will look like**
- Responsible for the Accounts Payable spectrum, including settlement of insurers/reinsurers trade payments are processed accurately and promptly in system
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers in an accurate manner
- Ensure that transactions are in accordance to Aon Policies and Compliance guidelines
- Ensure that staff submits their AMEX corporate charge timely
- Ensure that staff sundry debtor account cleared promptly within 60 days
- Responsible for communicating the cash flow requirements to Treasury team to meet payment obligations
- Responsible for month end closing activities
- Perform month end financial reporting
- Internal audit and external audit: Assist queries required
- Assist in yearly audit and tax
- Support GL team with Balance sheet schedule and Bank Reconciliation
- Support any improvement projects to enhances efficiency
- Other duties and adhoc projects as assigned

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience in AP Shared Services will be a plus
- Strong understanding of finance concepts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with ability to collaborate with functional departments and external
- Meticulous in work and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work under tight deadlines
