**Job Description**:
- Develop and manage strategic account partners for payments which demonstrate a deep understanding of our the different payment landscape across the region.
- Drive negotiations with card issuers/bin sponsors and payment processors and manage both internal and external stakeholders end to end.
- Work with Marketing and growth team to drive card usage and acquisition.
- Actively seeking and find win-win solutions for both the Banks issuers/Program manager/Payment Processors and Atome.
- Work closely with the various teams Finance, Legal, Operation and Product, etc to ensure a successful roll out of payment solutions in each country.
- Work with the Data Science and Analytics team to monitor payments volumes and identifying opportunities to drive cost savings.
- Work closely with marketing in driving merchant's partnerships and initiatives including marketing with Schemes and Bank partners.
- Act as the Payment consultant, ideally with a deep understanding across multiple payment methods and solution.
- Building great relationships both on an executive, as well as on an individual level.
Requirements:
- 3-6+ years in Business Development, Account Management or Partner Management - experience ideally in financial services or payments space.
- Knowledge and experiences in payments is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record in building and nurturing relationships at all levels.
- Possess a growth mindset and understand how to collaborate with Banks/Payment processors and cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Strong commercial acumen - ability to analyse and interpret data for discussion with partners.
- Experience working at a high growth early tech startup & managing a team is highly desired.
- A curious nature and you enjoy developing solutions to new problems.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.Card usage and card acquisition experience would be advantageous.
