Registered as a charity under the Charities Act of Singapore, Daughters Of Tomorrow complements and supports existing training and workforce-related agencies by connecting volunteers and community resources to enable each woman on an individual level. By deep
- diving into the practical day-to-day constraints of these women, we offer hand-holding and individual coaching to help each woman reach regular and sustained employment.

Our beneficiaries are women aged 20 to 60 from low-income families (surviving on $200 to $500 per capita per month), mostly living in government-subsidized rental flats, and facing multiple stressors in their families. Through sustained employment, women in our employment bridging program regain confidence in themselves and gain a social support network that helps them through their difficult times.

**Data and IT Sr Executive (Full-time)**

**About the Role**

The Data and IT Executive is responsible for the data management and analytics function in DOT, working closely with the Impact Management team and provides useful analytics that is helpful in improving services for the women and in advancing our advocacy work. He/She ensures that the data is managed well (adhering to local regulations i.e. PDPA requirements) and oversees the team’s utilisation on Salesforce. He/She also performs IT support and training for the organisation.

**Data Management and Analytics**:

- Ensure quality data management and tracking of women beneficiaries to support

Programs
- Set up, edit and troubleshoot data porting issues between Salesforce and third party software, Zapier
- Manage Salesforce accounts, user platforms, accessibilities
- Enhance Salesforce usability for program owners
- Maintenance of clean data and records
- Editing/creation/deletion of fields and relationships
- Editing/creation/deletion of automationEditing of layouts and page views to enhance usability
- Editing/creation/deletion of custom objects to support new programs and initiatives
- Create dashboards (eg: SalesForce, Google Data Studio, & Tableau) for data analytics based on information required by program outcomes or deliverables
- Draw out trends based on available data to give further insights to program owners
- Cross analysis of data across programs and time
- Co-manage data from MSF with Impact Assessment team
- Value add to program owners using data driven outcomes on areas of improvement and areas done well
- Ensure that personnel, client, donor and volunteer files are securely stored and privacy/confidentiality is maintained
- Uploading of contacts in CRM database to ensure data is constantly updated

**IT Support and Technology Development**
- Assist in the development of new metaverse with external vendor
- Work with Salesforce volunteers to enhance the CRM platform for operational needs
- Assist to train staff in the use of Salesforce and other technology platforms
- Assist with Google Forms / Slides / Sheets creation
- Manage laptops issuance and return to and from DOT staff including cleanup and reset
- Assist with technological troubleshooting
- Manage Zoom account
- Generation of QR codes

**Marketing development (IT infrastructure)**
- Reporting and performing analysis on data from web traffic, social media channels and

CRM database for a more in-depth understanding about donor and beneficiary demographics
- Provide recommendations for marketing campaigns based on data analysis through interesting stats, charts, graphs etc.
- Maintain and update online content for the website on Wordpress
- Management of Youtube and other new social media channels that DOT may use in future
- Working with photographers to ensure that the library of DOT photos is constantly updated in accordance to brand guide
- Familiarity with digital marketing software (eg. Sendinblue)
- Basic knowledge of PPC marketing (paid ads on social media)
- Video Production: Ideation, Planning, and Production of videos to support marketing campaigns or overall organization direction

**General**
- Highlight new or changing operational needs that require manpower, budgetary and strategic provisions to Deputy ED
- Creating and editing videos to support communication and e-learning initiatives from various teams
- Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with the team internally and relevant external stakeholders to help achieve the goals of the organization

**Key Skills**
- Trained in basic programming coding, logic and widgets (eg: C++, Python, html)
- Able to perform data management functions on Excel including pivot tables, vlookup etc
- Advantage to have prior experience with Salesforce administration, Trailhead or Tableau
