**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Programme management
- Overall administrative and operational support for the curation and organization of strategic initiatives across schools and administrative units using appropriate tools
- Support the development and operationalisation of a strategy management system
- Support monitoring of timelines and milestones for schools and CSGs (Corporate Service Groups)
- Change management and communication
- Draft presentations and documents to communicate strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Interface with SMU units and support the Office’s business partner relationships with schools and corporate services groups
- Others
- Support a range of administrative support functions such as scheduling of meetings, event logistics, drafting of reports and notes, desktop research and data analysis

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree; recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Diligent and organised; ability to work well under pressure
- Analytical and meticulous with attention to important details
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken
- Quantitative and qualitative research skills
- A good team player; independent and with good initiative
- Good interpersonal skills, enjoy working with and through people
- Resilient and with positive attitude
- Proficient in MS office and competent with general IT knowledge/skills
