**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generates cost estimates (agency fees, 3rdparty costs) and triple bids for the jobs to client. Work with the SG team members.
- Handles P2P process from cost estimates to job completion confirmation to final billings. Includes coordination with all SG team members, Internal Finance, stakeholders on client side (Marcom, PCA, Procurement) to ensure timely payment.
- Preps billings and submits to Finance.
- Handles billings uploads for SES in Focus.
- Prepare monthly Facebook conversation tracker for client submission
- Obtain monthly warehousing reports, checks and submit to client.
- Manages SG Expenditure Report for submission to client
- Manages Revenue Income Tracker.
- Tracks actual costs spends and projects funds. Works with SG team lead on project budget management.
- Assist IAT lead during Contract Compliance Review and Audit.
- Investigate payment discrepancies and liaise with client to resolve the issues.
- Monitor competitors’ promotion activities and prepare competitor’s reports to disseminate to client.
- Coordinates with AP market leads (HK, AU, NZ) on the Expenditure Report and submits AP Expenditure Report to AP MCAs and PCA.
- Plan AP Expenditure Report submission schedule and work with the client.
**Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications**:
- Strong client facing and ability to manage several stakeholders
- Ability to think with a business mind and creatively, work flexibly and realistically
- Extremely detailed and process-focused
- Persuasive and sales oriented
- Must be comfortable with numbers, budgets and excel sheets
- Excellent project management skills
- Previous experience in marketing services role is a plus
