**Responsibilities**:

- Accounting Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to approved accounting policies aligned with legal regulations (IFRS) and Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRGs) for Innomotics ASEAN under HoA.
- Regulatory Compliance Support: Assist HoA Innomotics ASEAN in meeting accounting and regulatory requirements through appropriate documentation and processes.
- Financial Statements Preparation: Coordinate, support, and contribute to the creation of annual statutory and group financial statements, including key disclosures.
- Financial Oversight: Review and approve manual journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts affecting financial statements.
- Risk Resolution: Conduct analyses to identify and address potential financial statement risks, implementing solutions as needed.
- Process Efficiency Enhancement: Pursue process efficiency and quality improvement through automation and continuous process enhancements.
- Reporting System Changes: Assist in implementing reporting system adjustments due to global/local regulatory shifts or operational enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Holds a degree in finance/accounting or related field, or equivalent experience; has 8-10 or more years of experience in complex corporate accounting environments, demonstrating strong IFRS/local GAAP knowledge.
- Skilled in addressing and resolving intricate technical issues, collaborating with management for timely solutions.
- Capable of evaluating and implementing new technologies for process automation and digitization, with a focus on legacy system upgrades.
- Proven history of driving change and fostering continuous process enhancements.
- Highly proficient in major ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), enabling effective data management.
- Recognizes the significance of precision in financial reporting at all levels, displaying meticulous attention to detail.
- Excels at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing various projects, even in the face of change.
