**Finance and Administrative Manager
**Role**
**Responsibilities
**Finance**
- Process financial transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger journals.
- Process client billings and categorise costs accordingly.
- Prepare and analyse monthly balance sheet schedule schedules.
- Taxation: Handling regulatory submissions, such as GST returns, and liaising with tax agents.
- Operate as part of an effective team and contribute proactively to the efficient performance of the team.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
**Administration**
- Ensure the office is maintained well to provide a productive and professional environment.
- Organize internal and external meetings, conferences, workshops, and events.
**Requirement**
- Possess relevant Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business.
- Able to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in family office and wealth management settings will be an added advantage
- Minimum 4 years experience in a relevant role
