**Overall Job Responsibility**:
You will be part of the HR management team handling leadership development, talent management, performance management and HR policies.

You will manage the end-to-end process for leadership and talent management from identifying talents to developing them through programmes and developmental activities, to talent engagement and succession planning.

You will also manage the bi-annual performance appraisal exercise to facilitate the management’s review and decision on assigning performance grades, ranking, promotion etc for staff.

You will be involved in some HR policy reviews and formulation to keep pace with the changes in the Employment Act and HR best practices.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Talent Management**
- Review and implement leadership and talent development framework and programmes to ensure leaders and talents are developed to their fullest potential
- Plan and recommend talent deployment and development plans to the Talent Development Committee (TDC), and provide secretariat support during TDC meetings
Engage the talents regularly to understand their career aspirations and development needs so as to purposely plan developmental programmes
- Review and implement succession planning framework to facilitate discussions during TDC meetings
- Analyse workforce data (e.g. attrition, talent benchstrength) and develop metrics that can better inform talent development and retention strategies

**Performance Management**
- Conduct staff and management briefings on the year-end staff appraisal exercise
- Maintain / Prepare staff performance appraisal data and facilitate cross-divisional ranking
- Prepare submissions of the ranking and promotion exercise including performance bonus and salary increment budget to HR Committee for approval

**Other HR Areas**
Handle HR policy reviews and development projects as and when assigned.**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Degree and above in any discipline, preferrably with post-graduate Diploma in HR / IHRP certification
- At least 4 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years handling talent development, performance management and/or HR policy work
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect the dots
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to present ideas confidently to senior management
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Meticulous, with an eye for detail
