**Background**

Total Systems Canada (TSC), parent of Total Systems Guyana Inc. (TSG), is seeking experienced High Performance Project Management Coaches to deliver executive-level coaching and training services to ExxonMobil Guyana Limited (EMGL). This opportunity supports EMGL’s strategic goal of strengthening its executive leadership team’s ability to manage complex, high-impact projects across diverse global contexts. The role emphasizes enhancing organizational growth, collaboration, and operational excellence.

The High Performance Project Management Coach will provide leadership coaching and training to executive-level project managers and leadership teams across EMGL’s global operations. Services will be primarily delivered in Singapore but may also extend to other international project sites. This role focuses on enabling ExxonMobil’s leaders and project teams to achieve breakthrough performance in mega capital projects by strengthening decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and cross-cultural collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver in-person executive leadership coaching (one-on-one and small groups) for project management teams executing mega projects.
- Provide coaching that drives breakthrough performance, builds higher-performing teams, and enhances succession planning. - Conduct coaching and training sessions globally, engaging EMGL leadership, EPC contractors, and subcontractors.
- Design and deliver customized training programs aligned with ExxonMobil’s leadership expectations and adapted to the multicultural, multinational nature of global project teams.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to enhance transformational leadership, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making effectiveness.
- Collaborate with project leaders to support milestone achievement, foster innovation, adaptability, and a culture of accountability.
- Lead interventions to improve resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and time management for mega project success.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to travel internationally and deliver coaching services in Singapore and additional global project locations as required.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and proven success coaching diverse, multinational leadership teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in executive-level project management coaching and training.
- Ability to design tailored training solutions that meet organizational leadership expectations.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on executive coaching and leadership development.
- Proven record of coaching senior leaders on mega capital project delivery.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executives and multicultural teams.
- Experience working with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors and subcontractors.
- Advanced understanding of project management methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and organizational leadership frameworks.
- Professional certifications in executive coaching, leadership, or project management (e.g., PMP, ICC, ICF) are highly desirable.

**Contract and Working Conditions**
- Contracted via Total Systems Canada (TSC)
- International travel required
- Primary work location in Singapore with assignments in other global sites

Pay: $100.00 - $130.00 per hour
