**Position**
- Coach

**We are Looking For someone who is/has**
- Fitness and strength training background
- Fitness certification (not required but is a plus)
- CPR and AED Certification (if expired we will send you for renewal)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedicated to serve and an amazing team player
- Excited to work for a start-up and be part of our pioneer staff
- Experience with Circuit style workouts (not required but preferred)
- Commanding voice, good presence, high energy and able to think fast on your feet

**Your Roles is to**
- Welcome members, demonstrate and then facilitate their workout sessions
- Handle enquires from members and the public
- Maintain our SOPs and service standards at all times
- Handle easy POS and membership creation software

**Our Offer to You is**
- 3 months probation before raise to $1,800 and service commission for every member serviced during shifts (earn more based on our growth)
- Only 36 hours minimum required per week, overtime pay provided if you exceed 44 hours
- 6 day working week, 3 shifts on weekdays and 2 on weekends
- 6 Hour working day

**Where can You Go From Here**

Promotion from Coach to Head Coach comes with more responsibilities and eventually you will be a full fledged Personal Trainer. We do not hire Personal Trainers and leave them to fend for themselves. We want to build a vast network around you and set you up for success when the time comes.

Pay: From $1,800.00 per month
