**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee day-to-day Branch operations.
- Responsible for all sales-related and telemarketing activities.
- Meet branch sales quota.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotion activities.
- Assist in Management and Customer Service Relations process.
- Handle customers feedback and service recovery.
- Manage staff performance and discipline.
- Developing new treatments, protocols, packages to maximize profits.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, in supervisory/managerial level.
- Able to lead and manage a team
- Required Skill(s): Face, Body, Slimming & Wellness consultation, Sales & Operations of Branch, Customer Service, Relationship building with customers
- Good communications and interpersonal skills and service-oriented
- Positive working attitude and cheerful personality
- Friendly and caring towards customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month

**Education**:
