**Job Title:** Beauty Branch Lead


We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Beauty Branch Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beauty branch and providing expert advice and personalized service to our clients.


The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry. You will possess strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments, as well as proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Branch Management:

    • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch
    • Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staff members
    • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
    • Maintain the branch's appearance and ensure all equipment is in good working order
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Beauty:

    • Greet and assist customers in selecting and delivering effective treatments suited to their needs
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
