**About the role**
- Greet all visitors with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Take messages, receive deliveries and mails and cascade promptly to the relevant parties
- Contribute to employee experience and organize company wide events and activities
- Administrative matters inclusive but not limited to contract management, invoicing and payments to vendors, upkeep of databases related to the employee experience team.
- Assist with queries and requests from colleagues and to direct colleagues in a clear and concise manner to the right channel for their needs
- Manage company access passesand lockers including proper record keeping, issuance and termination of passes etc
- Act as the coordinator and liaising party for any matters involving building management
- Provide assistance to ensure day to day smooth running of the office infrastructure through administrative support and maintenance tasks
- Assist with New Hire Day 1 and manage the new hire kit inventory
- Manage third party vendors including our office cleaner and ensure office cleanliness and tidiness
- Oversee all physical inventory and facility within the office, arranging for repairs and maintenance where necessary
- Ad hoc duties as and when required

**About you**
- Minimum diploma holder with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, facilities management, team assistant or any other related field
- Understanding of frontline operations and office management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, both written and oral in English. Being able to speak another language is a plus
- Able to work on the occasional weekends when needed. Off in lieu will be given accordingly.
- Strong service mindset with a passion for helping people
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
