Position Description

We are looking for a Recruiter (Contract) to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team that has experience in sourcing and closing top talent in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 6-month contract role.

Essential Job Functions
- Perform full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to close.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers (from Manager to Executive level) on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
- Fill job requisitions assigned within target timelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and to refine requirements.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Provide well-documented reports on metrics.
- Leverage the following recruiting tools: Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Recruiting role with heavy sourcing requirements.
- A track record of success with achieving sourcing targets and pipeline quotas.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of the talent market landscape.
- Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Good eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes identifying a fit.
- Sound sourcing approach with the ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill needs.
- Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
- Experience in the technology space - either product, software, or solutions.
