**About The Role**

As a Procurement **Senior Associate Executive **in **ALPS-NUHS Pharmacy Team **, you will be based at Jurong Community Hospital (Jurong East) where the office is located. Working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for the administration process supporting NUHS cluster of polyclinics in pharmacy procurement. Through communicating and partnering with our stakeholders, you will create positive impact to healthcare operation for patients' care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Attend to all procurement enquiries from stakeholders
- Work closely with stakeholders to review, prepare and compile purchase requests for RFQ/RFP
- Ensure compliance to procurement and approving policy
- Attend to enquiries from vendors
- Create PO and perform goods receipt accurate and timely
- Verify invoices at point of goods receipt
- Perform forecast analysis for participation in national contract
- Oversee stock movement and ensure sufficient supplies for operations
- Support system testing when required
- Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or any relevant discipline
- 3 years of professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good people skills and able to communicate well
- Familiarisation with SAP and e-procurement systems are added advantage
