Pharmacy Support Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our pharmacy team. The successful candidate will assist pharmacists in checking, packing and labeling of medicine, as well as maintaining inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy. This role also involves basic cashiering duties, including handling customer transactions and processing payments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist pharmacists in verifying prescriptions, preparing medication for dispensing and ensuring accurate labeling and packaging.
2. Conduct regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or irregularities, reporting findings to management as necessary.
3. Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Operate cash register and process transactions accurately, handling customer payments and making change as required.

Requirements:
1. Minimum GCE 'A' Levels / Diploma and above, or equivalent qualification.
2. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is desirable but not essential.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry.
