- Handles patient’s registration & enquiries
- Making appointments for Imaging & Diagnostic scans
- Process billing and cashiering
- Answer phone calls (appointment taking & general call queries)
- Other assigned duties

**Requirements**:

- A levels or Diploma in any discipline
- Presentable and possess good communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service will be advantageous
- Prior experience in Imaging & Diagnostics Department in Singapore hospitals and/or medical centres will be advantageous
