**Product Marketing, AM / Snr Executive (FMCG)
Brand Category Management
- Understand the category trends, key competitors, their product offers, their pricing strategy, and build the right assortment - pricing mix to drive growth for the assigned categories.
- Develop campaign communications and run integrated marketing campaigns for assigned categories to drive commercial growth
- Develop, implement, and measure marketing initiatives by working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign timelines are met
- Budgeting and monitoring of brand costs and expenses
- Track, analyze and validate brand/product and competitive performance and category trends to derive key insights and actions for assigned categories
- Develop materials for the sales force to support effective sales effort and educate sales representatives on company and competitor products
- Assist with launch readiness for the brand/product
Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools - paid, owned, earned across the brand funnel.
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager, social marketing and media agency on content creation and development. Ability to understand what platforms and tools are being used in the campaign and why?
- Should be able to measure and analyze performance of digital/social marketing campaigns
- Basic understanding of e-commerce is preferred
Operations
- Provide operational and administrative support for launches, promotional campaigns and other brand commercial activities.
- Support the execution of brand events (in-store roadshows, PR campaigns and/or consumer pop-up events)
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing/New Media
- 1 to 2 years of experience in product management, formulating marketing strategies and executing marketing campaigns; preferably in the FMCG industry. Alternatively, 2 - 3 years of Digital Marketing experience with a FMCG/Consumer Durables company.
- Understands brand marketing, consumer behaviour and able to identify market trends using data analytics
- Relevant content creation experience will be an added advantage
- Creative thinker and detail oriented
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate multi-tasking abilities
