SAP AMS Manager

Job Description
The candidate shall have experience managing complex SAP AMS Accounts and the AMS team; shall process deep knowledge in logistics area and be able to play the SME role; able to communicate and manage CXO independently.
Responsibilities
Driving end-to-end customer engagement: Ensuring quality delivery of services, enhancing customer satisfaction, defining and advancing performance metrics (KPIs), and managing escalations.
Team Leadership: Leading delivery teams, monitoring and managing team goals and performance, and ensuring alignment with broader business goals and strategies.
Problem-Solving: Identifying existing and potential problem areas, developing corrective action and mitigation plans, and driving resolution.
Collaboration: Working closely with business leads, system implementers, and AMS providers to provide functional expertise.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Bringing new ideas to life using design thinking, agile development methodologies, and the latest smart tech for SAP, including automation and AI1.
Training and Development: Emphasizing on training team members on S/4HANA and new cloud products from SAP, both functionally and technically.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their most complex business problems, and helping them become more proactive, predictive, and productive.
Requirements
Must have more than 12 years of relevant experience in any SAP modules with 6 years project manager/service delivery and presales experience in SAP ERP solutioning consulting environment
Strong background in any modules, e.g. FICO, HR, SD, MM, WM, PP, EWM, etc.
Has experience in S/4HANA or cloud implementation
Motivated to learn new technology
Experience in developing interfaces with other SAP systems and other 3rd party systems
Working in tight deadlines and short notice is very common
Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
Currently must base in Singapore
Must be fully vaccinated
Able to start in a short notice period

You must possess a personal attribute such as creativity, positive thinking, quick-witted, imagination, leadership, judgment and maturity, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative.
It would be great if you have excellent analytical, presentation and soft skills including communication; write clearly and concisely in prepare training materials
Confident in communicating and presenting at a business level to MNC clients.
