Qualifications
Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a business-related field.
Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written), including technical writing.
Strong interpersonal and human resource management skills.
Minimum 7 years of experience with strong process knowledge in SAP Material Management (MM) and its integration with SD, PP, and FICO.
Hands-on experience in SAP support and/or SAP project implementation in Material Management.
A proactive self-starter committed to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and technical skills to identify, assess, and resolve critical issues effectively.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote working environment without close supervision.
Highly curious and adaptable, with a strong desire for continuous learning and innovation.
Leadership and mentoring skills to coach and guide junior business analysts (an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SAP Manufacturing support and/or project implementation.
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for managing changes, transports, and incidents.
Experience working in international, virtual, or geographically distributed teams.
Experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) is an advantage.
Exposure to JAGGAER eProcurement (ePro) is a plus.
The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
