**1) Clinical Operations Administrative Role**
- **Medical Services**
- Liaison between the GP Group and Nursing Home
- Organise monthly meeting between GP Group doctor and Management team
- Collate and check all doctor’s log sheet for accuracy
- Submit log sheet timely
- Handle any query raised by GP Group and escalate to the Management team if the need arise.
- **Dental Services**
- Liaison between the Dental Services Doctor and Nursing Home
- Follow up that dental services are provided as per schedule.
- Handle any query raised by Dental Service provider and escalate to the Management team if the need arise
- **Dietician Services**
- Liaison between Dietician and Nursing Home
- Follow up that dietician services are provided as per schedule
- Handle any query raised by dietetic service provider and escalate to the Management team if the need arise

**2) Scheduling of Clinical Services**
- Prepare and disseminate scheduling of medical, dental and dietician services to all centers periodically
- Update and disseminate schedule as and when there is any change in the personnel involved.

**3) Collation of doctor’s log sheet**
- Monthly collation of doctor’s log sheet for submission to finance.

**4) Nursing Administrative Roles**
- Provide administrative support to nursing department
- Provide secretariat support for all meeting organised by DON including monthly nursing meeting and quality assurance committee (QAC)
- Coordinate QAC meeting
- Liaison for all matters pertaining to nursing training and development
- Disseminate and follow up any nursing training nominations
- Perform registration of nominations after confirmation and collation of training sponsorship form.
- Assist DON in the nursing administrative tasks e.g preparation of powerpoint slides, filing etc.
- Any other tasks as assigned by DON supervisory

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
