As a Nurse Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in planning, overseeing, and enhancing the quality of nursing services within your designated area. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of clinical operations, including setting up procedures, managing nursing manpower, maintaining standards and practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the effective setup and operation of nursing services within the assigned area.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of nursing manpower to optimize efficiency and meet patient care demands.
- Establish and maintain high standards of nursing practice, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing leaders within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the standard of care and value of services through systematic improvements in processes, systems, and manpower allocation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing services and identify areas for enhancement.
- Stay abreast of latest developments and trends in nursing practice, incorporating relevant advancements into service delivery.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and patient-centered care among nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment conducive to professional growth and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- SNB Registered - Full
- Proven experience in clinical nursing leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of healthcare standards, and practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
