**What the role is**
- The Court Technology unit oversees the AV/VC services such as video conferencing, audio and visual systems as well as vendor management of projectors, AV equipment and their maintenance in the courts.
**What you will be working on**
- Coordinate with users on Video Conference (VC) testing include checking venue availability, scheduling timing for testing prior to actual day hearing or as directed, setting up of facilities, checking of computer and providing advice to users;
- Provide on-site “first response” for Audio Visual (AV) related matters reported;
- Take ownership and coordinate with others to support daily VC on time and without any technical delays;
- Assist in the operations of AV system in the building including auditorium, meeting rooms, court rooms, chambers and portable systems for events;
- Support daily AV operations and business as usual tasks;
- Set up, operate, maintain and perform frontline troubleshooting & minor repairs to equipment (such as swopping equipment) used to enhance live events, such as microphones, projectors, lighting and sound mixing equipment;
- Extract video recording from cloud or computer. It will require you to label, edit, copy and store media in DVDs or servers;
- Retrieve recordings for the purpose of transcripts;
- Track inventory of equipment and order supplies;
- Perform routine checks and maintenance, and ensure that preventive maintenance works are carried out expeditiously on time.
