**The role we are hiring for**

We are seeking a Asst. Manager/ Manager Commercial Solutions Consultant, who is able to work with enterprise customers as well as various DA teams (business development, marketing, product and operations) to ensure customers requirements and long term commercial requirements are met and delivered to the highest possible standards. You are persuasive client focused and have a good understanding of DA products driven and have a strong understanding of how to orchestrate successful, on-time product roll-outs and launches to the satisfaction of DA’s clients. This role will require you to be creative, strategic and organised as it will need you to also conceptualize new commercial product offerings, build business cases in the productizing of new products through working across multiple cross functional teams including business development, operations, product, people & culture and finance.

Besides being responsible for planning & commercialisation of products, you are expected to lead strategic partnership discussions and partner closely with the business development team to co-pitch, consult and gather client requirements to drive on time delivery of product requirements from the product team and strong adoption of DA products. You will also be expected to support in troubleshooting technical and operational issues reported during the implementation process and provide the appropriate solutions to the issues.

This role reports to the: Head of Commercial Solutions

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage the voice of the customer framework both from existing customers and new customers to ensure all our products remain in the forefront of market relevance.
- Lead in conceptualizing of new corporate B2B and B2C solutions including development of the business case and creation of business requirements documents (BRD).
- Be the commercial team advocate and act as a conduit & sparring partner with the product and operations teams in the development of use cases and customer journeys.
- Lead and collaborate with DA teams on strategic consulting, RFPs and other special projects as assigned, including contributing to detailed technical & operations documentation such as user guides, work flows and technical design.
- Co-lead BD discussions to gather client product and business requirements and timeline to transpose and plan delivery with the product and operations team.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive GTM plans of new products and projects including manage and monitor progress of all GTM.
- Keep up with market & competitors product trends as well as have a deep understanding of DA’s suite of products in order to recommend solutions to the DA leadership team.
- Perform solutions presentation and deliver system demonstrations that are fit for purpose and well adapted to client needs at C-level.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 6 to 8+ years experience preferably in solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering or strategy consulting.
- Demonstrated excellence with consulting selling skills in presenting complex projects to both business and technical personnels at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically (out-of-the-box thinking) and provide creative solutions and alternatives to challenging business problems.
- Have strong experience in managing cross-functional conversations on product and operational roadmaps planning and execution.
- Have experience in writing GTM strategy plans, business use cases and product business requirements documentations (BRDs).
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate ideas to various levels of the organization and gain support for initiatives
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker, organised and structured with ability to dive deep and analyze performance showing impactful results with data.
