We are hiring for Asst HSE & Security Manager with one of the multinational organization
- 3-4 years of Safety profile in a commercial office
- WSHO Registered with MOM
- Stake holder management is needed in this profile thus communication both verbal and written to be good
- Professionalism - basic grooming etiquettes
- Job Purpose:
**Job Scope**:

- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of HSE strategies and programs that ensure safe working practices and a proactive safety culture.
- Develop systems to ensure compliance with all legal regulations, industry guidelines and company policies and procedures.
- Support all training and continuous improvement activities and assist in the development & / or delivery of HSE training, such as Road Safety and Ergonomics.
- Technical Competencies
- Support Senior Management and line Managers to promote HSE culture and values
- Anticipates, identifies, and evaluates hazardous conditions and environmental risks.
- Implement HSE policies & procedures that ensure a safe and healthy working environment compliant with legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Leads the HSEMS and the efforts to control risk and ensure continual improvement beyond compliance.
- Facilitate all HSE aspects of an operational move of facilities
- Supports the collection and reporting of site HSE KPIs for use at the site, business unit and corporate levels.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in compliance with OHSA regulations is required.
- A registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower.
- Certified Fire Safety Manager
- Experience in managing authorities and contractors
- Good knowledge & understanding of safety & environmental management systems
- Professional Certification preferred: CSP,OSHT or CPE, FSM (Six Sigma preferred)
- Awareness of ISO 140001 and OHS 18001
