You will be joining a team of professionals to deliver the Customer Support with the service heart to the customers which shall give a personal touch and fine experience to the customers. Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Support Teams to provide high level troubleshooting and support for all Hardware and Software issues of their system. If you are a good at both at technical and providing service with smile to customers then you might be our right choice.

Role and Responsibilities will include;
- Provide troubleshooting and issue resolving services
- Perform PC building based on Pre-Determine high Standard Specs and Models, Quality testing troubleshooting
- Provide high class support and after-sales services to customers
- Perform all required tasks to provide Hardware and Software troubleshooting and issue resolving services
- Provide all necessary support and help to customers to keep their system UpToDate and in excellent working condition.
- Deliver and Pickup PCs to and from customer locations.
- Any delivery duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of working experience as PC Technician or Servicing
- Good knowledge of PC building, various PC Hardware and Software
- Passionate about PC and PC Gaming with knowledge of Game Titles will be ad added advantage
- Class 3 driving license.
