Access Compliance Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible User Access Compliance, ensuring timely onboarding and offboarding of access throughout the lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders in recruitment and posting activities
- Ensure access compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Act as the point of contact for end-user access monitoring and investigation
- Perform secretarial duties, including organizing and coordinating meetings
- Assist the department in performing administrative tasks, such as procuring new items and compiling budget requirements.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Working knowledge in IT governance, risk and compliance systems
- Experience in IT Audit OR implementing IT governance framework / policy, IT Security will be an advantage
- Meticulous and process good logical, analytical and process flow skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and different levels of stakeholders
- Proficient in MS365 Office; especially on Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills desired
