**Position Purpose**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Smart pass administrator, including printing, issuing and other card admin related matter. Sailpoint entitlements and work groups are updated correctly.
- Handling of Wealth Management pin mailer request.
- Handling of user requests and contribute to assist as Singapore and Indonesia CIB Application Administration local contact.
- Handling of queries / issues and providing guidance to users on user access matters.
- Liaise with other user access administrators, users and their respective management or other parties (eg: IT / vendors) on administration matters.
- Participation in or leads project as and when directed by manager.
- Reporting directly to Facilities & Access Control Team Lead.
- To perform any other role or tasks as requested including but not limited to participating in any ad-hoc tasks.
**Scope: (Global/Regional/UK/Team/Quantitative responsibility etc.)**
This a local role supporting mainly Singapore and partial of Indonesia.
**Technical & Behavioral Competencies**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Show initiative and self-motivated
- Willingness to learn and take up new responsibility when required
- Experience with SailPoint tool and other CIB or WM systems is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Meticulous, organized and able to work independently.
