
Executive, Centralized Sales Support

**Centralized Sales Support **plays a critical governance and sales support role that translates client purchase order into a sales order for products, services and solutions business. As a Sales Support Executive, you will provide sales order fulfilment, delivery management and billing distribution services to business units. You will be expected to think “customer first” and want to deliver the right products, services and solutions to meet customer needs. You are responsible for processing customer orders, handling requests and solving issues relating to the entire Order to Cash end to end process. You will act as the key intermediary between customers, internal and external stakeholders and SSC in providing excellent sales support to Business Units. Besides processing customer sales orders and vendor purchase orders, you will also follow up on the status of delivery, billing, collection, payment, responding to customers and vendors queries, contributing to excellent customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales operations. You should have a continuous improvement mindset, taking the initiative to improve and automate work. You will also drive local statutory and group compliance. Systematic, logical, resourceful and analytical, you are required to assist customers in fulfilling orders and to understand and analyse customer needs.

**Perform Sales Support Tasks**
- Fulfil and process sales orders and purchase orders and handle sales order inquiries
- Work with Shared Services Centre (SSC) to ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate shipment and delivery of orders to the customers
- Communicate with customers during the order fulfilment process and coordinating with SSC, sales, project teams, customers and vendors during the entire process.
- Liaise with SSC to modify, change and cancel orders
- Provide request, instruction, information and data to SSC for smooth order processing, delivery and billing in SAP system
- Ensure prompt and accurate billing
- Perform investigation on aged open tasks and ensure closure

- Identify appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on customer management knowledge
- Analyse customer information and needs to improve customer relationships
- Execute logistics services that meet customer requirements
- Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers
- Perform standard and establish compliance administrative activities
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Timely reporting of project information to key stakeholders
- Facilitate and troubleshoot both customer and vendor queries, account status and relevant problems
- Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
- Evaluate risk factors that impact on efficiency
**Requirements**:
- Degree / Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or relevant disciplines
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in established Multinationals
- Demonstrated customer care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during month-end
- Positive attitude and mindset for continuous improvement
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Experience with project financials and accounting is highly desired
