Singapore SS&C FUND SERVICES (ASIA) PTE. LTD. Full time

We are currently looking for fund accountants in our Singapore Office at the Senior Associate (2 - 5 years) level.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Complete daily accounting and valuations for private equity, hedge funds, asset allocator and fund of funds products
- Prepare position reconciliations with custodians, prime brokers, and investment managers
- Process and review daily transactions and monthly estimates and actual valuations for underlying multi manager portfolios
- Prepare closing packages to support the calculation of the clients’ net asset values on a monthly basis
- Maintain expense budgets and accruals
- Perform investor allocations to generate investor capital balances
- Enforce standard operating procedures, recommend and implement operational enhancements, and maintain SOC 1 compliance
- Process client invoices for asset management firms
- Work and correspond with clients’ auditors
- Prepare ad hoc reports and conduct analysis as requested by clients
- You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, statistics, mathematics or similar field
- You are computer literate and competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- You have relevant experience with another fund administrator, an asset manager or another financial institution
- Strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to effectively summarize findings, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision
