[What the role is]

MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER, COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT AND ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible to lead a team to oversee manpower, logistics, procurement and administrative support for Enforcement and Compliance Management sub-group. You will work with a team and parties across different divisions to:

- Initiate workforce transformation and spearhead the review of manpower needs for effective allocation of manpower across the sub-group
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on manpower issues
- Drive projects and initiatives to engage staff and promote staff well-being and across the sub-group
- Manage and ensure the smooth running of contract management, procurement and budget
- Consolidate and monitor logístical requirements for fleet, equipment and sundries procurement
- Planning of office space and staff facilities

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- At least 3 years working experience preferably in organisation development and government tender calling process and procedure.
- Positive attitude and capabilities in problem solving
- Good analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong presentation and effective management skills
