(Role Overview)In this role, you will be involved in the entire lifecycle of traffic schemes in Singapore. Your responsibilities include applying design and traffic analysis skills to plan and execute traffic management strategies, advising stakeholders from planning to review stages, developing innovative solutions, and using data science and GIS tools like QGIS to analyze traffic patterns and recommend improvements. The position offers a dynamic environment for those with technical and analytical skills interested in shaping urban mobility and traffic management. Key Responsibilities Guide the planning, design, and implementation of traffic schemes. Collaborate with developers, consultants, and agencies to identify and address traffic management needs. Develop and assess traffic management solutions for safety and efficiency. Utilize data science and GIS tools to analyze traffic data and optimize traffic flow. Qualifications and Skills Knowledge in Civil / Traffic / Transportation Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic or transportation-related fields; familiarity with road design is preferred. Proactive with good communication, leadership, and lateral thinking skills. Class 3 driving license is preferred. Knowledge of GIS and traffic microsimulation is advantageous.
