**Job Position: Customer Service Executive**

**Job Details**:

- Provide assistance to the Operations Team by ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Assist in scheduling customers’ installations and repairs.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as generating invoices,
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects.

**Job Requirements**:

- Customer-oriented, and positive work attitude. Able to stay calm when customers are stressed and upset.
- 3 - 5 years of customer service experience.
- Tech-savvy.
- Basic command of English and/or Chinese.
- Motivated and willing to learn.
- Team player with great adaptability.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in an exciting start-up environment.

**Other information**:

- OT: Required if there is work to be done.
- No 13-month salary, only an annual performance bonus
- working hours: 12 pm - 9 pm, 1-hour break
- working days: Tuesday - Saturday
- Public holiday: Extra day salary or off in lieu
- Location: Pandan crescent (Warehouse)
