**About the Role**:
As a Product Designer at GRVT, you will lead and execute end-to-end design initiatives for medium to large-scale projects within our self-custodial crypto exchange. You’ll be responsible for delivering pixel-perfect designs that elevate user experience across diverse platforms, including iOS, Android, web, and mobile web. Your role will be central to ensuring the brand’s visual consistency and accessibility by creating reusable design

templates and maintaining a cohesive Design Language System (DLS).

Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Leadership**: Drive and execute medium-to-large scale design projects, from ideation to production.
- **Platform-Specific Design**: Develop platform-optimized, pixel-perfect designs for iOS, Android, web, and mobile web environments.
- **Design System Management**: Create, maintain, and optimize reusable design templates, ensuring alignment with GRVT’s DLS.
- **Spec Documentation & Redlining**: Produce detailed specs and redlines referencing the DLS to guide product implementation.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review and QA all design assets, ensuring they render accurately in product and meet brand standards.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and research teams to ensure design parity and consistency.
- **DLS Contributions**: Develop new components and icons, contributing to the evolution of the DLS with a focus on brand alignment and accessibility.
- **Documentation & Process Management**: Document design workflows, processes, and contribute to the ongoing maintenance of design documentation.
- **Design Research & UX**: Conduct design research to understand user needs and behaviour.

Your Experience & Skills:

- **Design Expertise**: 7+ years in product design, with at least 3 years in a lead role managing complex, cross-platform projects.
- **Pixel Precision & Attention to Detail**: A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design.
- **Design System Knowledge**: Extensive experience in managing and working within design systems, tokens, and variable structures.
- **Mastery in Figma**: Proficient in using Figma’s components, shared libraries, and branching features.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Strong experience in stakeholder management, working effectively across product, engineering, and QA teams.
- **Tool Proficiency**: Expert in Figma, with potential proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly self-directed, solution-oriented, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- **UI/UX Experience**: Demonstrated expertise in fully building a product’s UI/UX from the ground up.
