**Job Description**:
Role Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our Brand & Acquisition team at IG Asia Pte Ltd. You will assist and support the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of campaigns, partnerships and other marketing activities to build a strong IG brand in Singapore to achieve brand and commercial goals

What you will do

Campaign planning and management
- Together with the Marketing Manager, participate in the conceptualisation and integrated communications plans for Brand and Tactical campaigns. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth implementation by working closely with our agencies and internal stakeholders whilst demonstrating good project management skills and a high level of attention to details. Followed by comprehensive post campaign filing and reporting

Content marketing
- Develop content strategy to drive brand awareness and consideration. Follow up on articles/advertorials from media publishers

Acquisition marketing
- Work closely with New Business team on Activation campaigns to provide marketing support
- Support the development of marketing-related materials including brochures, merchandise, creatives for publicity channels for lead-generating events/seminars
- Liaise with agency to fulfill marketing assets requirements for Affiliate Marketing projects

Refer-a-friend program
- Champion and overall management of program, including tagging, redemption, processing, attending to enquiries, monthly reporting and liaising with vendor for technical support

Other ad hoc tasks
- Raise POs and submit invoices
- Maintain and update owned media according to our marketing plan
- Liaise with Central Marketing team on local/global SEO articles

Who you are
- A marketeer at heart - your world centres around Marketing and have a penchant for Branding. You enjoy the journey and get immense satisfaction of seeing your marketing campaigns come to live
- A recognised Degree in Marketing or Business Management
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in a FinTech related industry
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective self-starter who works well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop) and other graphic design tools (Figma, Canva) are favoured but not mandatory
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube)
- You’re upbeat and enthusiastic, and you have an open mind and a curious, can-do attitude.
