As our Growth Campaign Specialist, you will be at the core of our growth initiatives, playing a critical role in accelerating the expansion of our active user base in the dynamic and rapidly evolving cryptocurrency sector. This role uniquely blends analytical, creative, and strategic responsibilities to drive impactful growth.

You will be instrumental in designing and implementing growth campaigns, monitoring and analyzing their performance, and leveraging insights to refine future strategies. This position requires close collaboration with various internal teams to ensure that all growth initiatives are cohesive and aligned with our overall business objectives. **Responsibilities**:

- Plan, design, and execute innovative growth campaigns aimed at user acquisition, platform engagement and reactivation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance metrics of growth initiatives, utilizing data to inform and optimize future strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the cryptocurrency landscape.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including CRM, data analytics, and product, to ensure synergy and effectiveness in growth strategies.
- Develop and refine growth frameworks based on insights derived from both successful and unsuccessful campaigns.
- Handle end-to-end process of campaigns, including documenting processes, securing legal approvals, and managing reward distribution requests.
- Work closely with the product team to enhance the campaign experience with results-focused
- Manage stakeholders expectations and streamline operations overtime.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a growth marketing
- Experienced in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or finance industry is a must.
- Strong understanding of growth marketing metrics and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry, blockchain technology, and digital wallets.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and platforms like Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
- Highly analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring that the mechanics and intricacies of campaigns are clearly conveyed and executed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapid changes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
