- Audience Targeting: Define target audience segments and develop personalized campaign messaging and creative assets to effectively reach and engage target customers at each stage of the customer journey.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and marketing attribution models to track and measure the performance of growth campaigns, analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Experimentation and Optimization: Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous optimization within the growth campaign team, conducting A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to identify opportunities for improvement and drive performance gains.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and alignment with business goals and ROI targets, and providing regular budget forecasts and updates to senior leadership.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer acquisition and reactivations through successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and hands-on management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with proficiency in digital marketing channels, traditional marketing channels, and marketing automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative and data-driven growth strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets.
