We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our investment management firm to support all aspects of the Firm's investment operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct thorough financial analyses to evaluate investment opportunities, including co-investments in the technology and software sectors.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Examine competing companies within the industry and prepare detailed reports on competitive advantages, business strategies, and market positioning.
- **Industry Research**: Stay updated on recent industry trends and information, synthesizing findings into actionable insights for investment decisions.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of client investments across venture capital, private equity, and hedge fund sectors. Extract and analyze information regarding industry and geographical exposure.
- **Reporting**: Create clear and concise reports summarizing findings, investment opportunities, and analysis results for presentation to senior management and clients.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in the development of marketing materials and investor presentations to effectively communicate investment strategies and performance to stakeholders.
- **Accounting Reports**: Prepare and analyze accounting reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Approximately three years of experience in investment analysis or a related role within an investment management firm or family office.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (reading and writing) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Python: Ability to code in Python and handle scripts for data analysis and automation.
- Professional credentials such as CPA, CFA is preferred.
