**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer enquiries and purchase orders
- Coordinate order issue between Sales and customers
- Monitor customer orders confirmations
- Expedite customer orders to secure on-time delivery
- Handle customers shipment requests
- Send weekly backlog/reschedule report to customers

**Requirements**:

- Diploma with 2 to 3 years working knowledge in Electronics industry preferred
- Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Applications. (Excel vlookup & pivot tables)
- Able to speak Mandarin to manage clients in Greater China
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior
- Immediate availability is preferred
